I can’t sign in

  1. 1Make sure the phone has an internet connection.
  2. 2Try the sign-in flow again once.
  3. 3If it still fails, use Login Help so the problem can be tracked separately from an in-app bug.

A button isn’t working

  1. 1Check whether the app shows an error or a field that still needs information.
  2. 2If it is safe to retry, try the action once more.
  3. 3If the problem continues, report it and describe exactly what you changed before pressing the button.

Price sheet or scan problem

  1. 1Confirm the image is readable and the full price information you need is visible.
  2. 2If a scanned row or price looks wrong, note the material and what ScrapMax showed.
  3. 3Attach a screenshot when it helps show the scan or review result.

Load, weight, receipt, or sales problem

  1. 1Note the material or sale you were editing when the problem happened.
  2. 2Do not keep changing the record just to test it if you are worried about losing the correct values.
  3. 3Send a report with what you expected to save and what ScrapMax showed afterward.
